MMS takes care of all activities required by vessel's owner, manager or operator for securing the technical maintenance or operation of vessel and ensures the services are delivered in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Pre Arrival services are performed before the vessel's arrival, either in or outside port limits, as follows:- confirmation to customers that MMS is ready and able to take on the appointment
- a firm cost indication (Proforma Disbursement Account)
Husbandry Attendance takes place at the most convenient time for the vessel, with consideration of cost efficient delivery of spares and services. A number of services can be performed, depending on the individual customer's requirements:
- execution of ordered services ensuring all 3rd parties perform and deliver the services and products in the way customer has specified.
- crew assistance
- delivery of ships
- deliver mail
- laundry services
- fresh water
- provisions
- ship chandlery
- underwater cleaning
- monitoring of execution of services and visit to vessel
- reporting of activities
- safekeeping of funds
- management control on services ordered and related expenses
Post Departure continues until all documentation and invoices are received and customer has received and settled the final disbursement account for the services provided. MMS will ensure that:
- all invoices for services and products are received and the approved 3rd parties have received final payment.
- final disbursement account is prepared including original vouchers and dispatched to customer.
